I love this. Sorry for the delay in replying, I've been trialling out for a new job and I'm mentally sucked dry.
I'll definitely look into this, I have a grace period before she starts asking these questions so that will hopefully give me enough time to stabilise my personal and working life so I can make time to look into this more thoroughly.
The biggest help for me is to poke around here and there and stop if I start to get panicked or symptoms start to act up. I then walk away from it and go back later. Etc
Very good self care. I do this too. Some things must be approached differently to the norm, and some things I can get back into, and others I find I just shelve indefinitely.
So if digging in, whatever the fashion, helps you face the beast, go for it, quite possible to excel at it
Exactly. I'm tired of running but I also know diving into the fray unarmoured is just unwise.
