I think the first wording about suicidal posts better, because it better reflects that posts about planning to attempt suicide are not allowed which makes sense since that sort of thing could be traumatic or triggering to people here, it also includes that suicidal ideation can be discussed.

The wording no posting when suicidal seems to indicate the topic in general is not allowed and that one should not post if they are feeling suicidal regardless of whether they are going to post what would be considered a suicidal post rather than suicidal ideation post. Aside from that I prefer the simpler wording as its a bit more straight forward and clear.

Fair point, now fixed to be specific about suicidal messages.

As I said, posts not on topic with the first direction will be deleted. Deleted.

I see a little difficulty if someone has to fit subject matter in thread titles across the board?

Subject matter is just that, what is the subject? People write, Hello, as their thread title in introductions, yet the post goes on about their life, abuse type/s, and other facets. The title can better reflect subject matter by adding, Hello - Sexually Abused, Hit By Car and Lots More.

That is more descriptive of what is within the post, than just, Hello.

I've also now added a slight addendum to #1 - ethnicity & cultural beliefs.

That now adequately covers the religion issue, as if ones cultural beliefs are non-religious, and a person is asked to stop pushing their religious beliefs at them, then they will fail to satisfy meeting this rule.
