Sad For No Reason

I have been doing ok with handling my symptoms however on Monday for no reason at all I woke up feeling incredibly depressed. I even started to think that everyone would be better off without me. (which is really bad for me) I ended up crying for the entire day. The only time I managed to hold it together was when I picked my kids up from school. Tuesday was one big panic attack, again triggered by nothing that I can think of and that night I had more nightmares which I have not had in months. I'm wondering if anyone else has had similar experiences with being depressed and anxious without a trigger

I get a similar thing sometimes. I'll feel extremely irritable and be very frustrated with little things some days. I can barely get anything done; I hate it :(

We have a lot of issues and emotions inside us. Sometimes they come out.
 
Is it possible that your dreams (which you may not even remember) put you into this state. I find that rarely do we swing in emotions 'for no reason'. It may be something we haven't identified yet that is coming to the surface - but I try to trust that these feelings are authentic and don't minimize them. Is that a place you feel you can go to @macbeth ? Can you accept that you feel the way you do but you just don't know why yet?
