I have been using Salvia Divinorum, also called Diviner's Sage, as a way to deal with my PTSD. I have to say, the difference is AMAZING!
For those of you who have not heard of Salvia, try doing a Google search, to find out more about it. It is a hallucinogen, which is legal in most countries/states. I ordered mine online.
The hallucination part can be quite strong, but only lasts for about 5 minutes. The "afterglow" effect, which is a feeling of insight and optimism, lasts for about a week. It's like someone turned the volume down on the PTSD. I feel like I can examine my thoughts rationally, instead of feeling crushed by them.
My therapist was amazed at the difference it has made in me.
If anyone has any questions, regarding my experiences with Salvia, I would welcome a discussion. If anyone has ever tried Salvia, I would be interested to know how it affected you.
