I'm a bit embarrassed asking, but it woukld be nice to get there.

If no body has sorted anything definite out yet, and others agree to this, I dont see why not as I just picked a date.

Oh dear, I am out on the Friday night (6th) and don't feel I could cope with the drive on the 7th and then the picnic.

No worries KP we can keep it at the 14th, which for some reason is the date that hit me when I was looking at the calender.

Most were fine with that date in the beginning.

Hi Girls & Boys

As much as I really want to be at the picnic I'm going to cancel :cry:

I've just checked train tickets which cost £102 or the coach is cheaper at £60 but takes 9hours! add that to a hotel room approx @ £40 a night & its going to be an expensive weekend :mad: So disappointed not to be with you all but feel its rather a lot for just one day.

Anyone new thinking of joining the picnic, please give it a go, everyone understands how hard it is to attend a meet but the benefits far outweight the anxiety it will cause.
