My T told me a couple weeks ago that I need to be better about my self care. I wasn't in a good mood and everything was getting to me. The past couple weeks I have really focused on my self care. I've been running, coloring, hanging out with friends and today I got a massage. I also decided to take two days off of work this week so I could focus on school. I feel a lot less anxious this week and it's been working great!
