I am dealing with complex emotions from emotional and psychological trauma. I am been using self-emdr and so far its been quiet helpful in processing emotions. i feel like i am finally progressing rapidly in my healing journey. I am wondering if others have tried this.
Self-EMDR is pretty much a bad idea. EMDR can bring up some emotions and reactions that may be extremely difficult to deal with by yourself.

Yes, I've used self-emdr too and found it helpful too.

I don't find it to be as intense as a guided EMDR session at the therapists.
