This is my current magic combination.
I hope I don't break any etiquette or forum rules.. I just want to share where some of my success has come from. And please in no way think that I am trying to endorse a specific brand or company.
I have had a huge success with a product called seriphos. I have only been able to find one source for it on amazon. It has adaptogens and phosphorylated serine. I found out about it on a small blog re: PTSD but I can't find that blog anymore.
The claim is that it shuts off the stress hormones receptors which causes the body to stop making the stress hormones, and in turn the brain gets a chance to work on healing itself.
I have had a lot of luck with this and I combine it with Vitamin C (a good one, 1,000mg per day, I use Vit C crystals from Trader's Joe), and of course I use cannabis often, especially when I need to sleep. I set an alarm to take it at 9pm, because if I take it too late it doesn't help. Whenever I take it around 9pm, I can actually sleep.
Has anybody else experienced this or heard about it? I just wanted to share in case it helps someone else.
