Sex?

Some meds gave me these issues. The intimacy issues not med related are part of my depression/PTSD.

For me it's kind of weird. I have some of the same type of thing. Only for me it's like my mind jumps to it at the most inopportune times and when we go to bed if/when we go to bed at the same time it's usually the last thing on my mind. I'm just hoping that I can get a good night sleep.

God invented nap time, VeggieTales (or next door neighbors) for a reason.

Sleep is a rare & precious thing. Sex can happily nip in somewhere in the other 22 hours a day

My husband only tries to get it in when we're getting into bed. By that time, I'm usually really tired. I told him to initiate sex when we're both up and about but he doesn't listen.

He also bugs me in the morning as we are waking up when I'm also really tired and his breath smells like shit. I figure mine does too but maybe he doesn't think so? Or maybe morning wood makes men temporarily unable to smell anything?

He only tries to have sex with me at the two times I absolutely don't want to. Men are stupid!

Thanks Friday that is a good idea, and then to the current issue that with my head being where it has been the last month I haven't really been in the mood, but will have to remember that. Also our brother in law lives with us so that throws an awkward wrench into things that if we both disappear for a while during the kids nap time then he probably knows what we are up to... another reason why I never wanted him to move in with us in the first place...

Sorry Raven, But little boys who think they are Men are stupid!!! When my wife and I got together we had really not talk about the sex.....So the next morning I have wood...the wife says, what are you going to do with that? I said, I am going to take a piss and get rid of it. Next I am going to put on the coffee and smoke a cig....What did you want to do with it? She say your idea is a very good one.....:) Long story short, we both do not like sex after waking up! After some coffee, a few cigs and a shower........Well that would work out just find.....NOT RIGHT AFTER WAKING UP!!!!! YUCK.....

well last night he did a little drinking and I didn't and he revealed some stuff that has been bothering him and we were able to have honest and open communication and things are better between us. He agreed to start truly looking for a job and he asked me to be completely honest with him because it will keep him accountable so I will come home now and then and ask him how the job searching is going. He said, "I want to start hearing some orders barked from you." So now I'm going to stop caring about trying not to be the "bad guy" and will start to ask/tell him to take the trash out.
