Honestly, I have been thinking about this since the thread has been posted! I talked to a friend of mine who is a web designer and he said he would love to help. Although, Anthony, you were mentioned that you were going to set it up. Does that mean I would not need a web designers help?

Just getting some more information before I give an answer!

Manic, this has two admins already committed, yes, you can be the third. Yes, you can use a web designer to assist you, however; Lovewins also has a web designer to assist if needed. Overall, it would not be your decision though alone, as this site will be administered by several, where every decision must be discussed amongst you all.

Me... I will only have a limited role in putting the software online and provide assistance if you want it from me. I will give you some need to knows at times with running a forum, but what you do is up to you overall. I am only here to assist, I will not be running the site nor a member of the site. Yes, I will have an admin account to the site, but as stated to the others already, I will only need to use that if asked by the admins to give advice to them on something.
