I just drove last night until I got tired and got a room. I just need solitude. I need to figure things out. I have screwed up a lot. I have had a lot of bad dreams and beaten myself up. I am sorry. Back into the shell.

Don't be sorry for what's happening to you Tom, we all have this and go through this. That doesn't make it easier, we all have to go through it, alone. It gets a bit easier with time, but sadly, not a great deal better. Try to get through these times and try to enjoy the good times. You will have some, try and recognize them when they happen.

Everyone screws up, we're all just human my friend.

I am relaxed for a change have had sleep. Still working things out. Think I can do some change now.
