Shoulder Surgery Tomorrow

I am having rotator cuff surgery tomorrow. Just figured I would let those of you who know me know why I may not be online for a bit. I have no real idea how long recovery will be until he gets in there to fix me up. So fingers crossed it's a simple fix. Don't worry about me I will be entertained I got Journey to the center of the earth by Jules Vern to read. Just one of those books I have been meaning to read.

Hootie hoo Popeye, and good luck tomorrow. Please pay attention to the recovery time and when you get the green light don't over do it or do things that aren't recommended. The rotator cuff is a small little thing, and big arm movements or adding weight too soon can mess up a prognosis.

Unless you're doing both at the same time, please check in and tell us you're home and how you are when you can?

I believe my mom had surgery for her rotator cuff - it wasn't too bad if I remember correctly. You'll be all patched up and ready to go before you know it my friend!!
