Nice picture, it looks familiar... is that in Cleveland? I could be totally off, it just looks like part of a well known statue from an American city, and Cleveland was the first city that popped into my head for some reason. Post more if you like wildfire. I have a "thing" for statues. ;)

No....this statue was not in Cleveland....It was in a town called Solon....I took quite a lot of shots at different angles.....This was taken in front of a chinese restauraunt called P.F. Chaings....There are two HUGE concrete chinese horses standing in front of it....I think that they are really cool!!!:loopy: I have to send the pictures to Claire to post as I've tried everything and I couldn't get them directly posted from my mac. .......Thanks Claire!!!:biggrin: I really like statues also....WILD AND FREE....PEACE FOR ALL

Artists On The Forum, Wanna Share Your Work?
I don't know if anyone has made a post like this before. But I figured I'd try. I know there some fellow artists on here. Care to share some of your work?

"Whatever it is, it can wait. I am eating Chinese Food. And this is by FAR more important." A funny sketch I did of an old Role-playing character of mine. (If anyone is familiar with the anime "Blue Submarine No.6, I used her in a game online, related to it.) She has a larger more developed role in my project. But I still draw her in her old role-playing design for fun.

Same character, as a quadruped. This one has a lot of meaning to it for me. I spent a good 5-6 hours on it none-stop.

Another personal piece. The yellow-dog is "me" and the cat-man is somewhat of a guardian angel for me when I represent myself as the dog-girl in my art.

I actually created that before I was diagnosed with PTSD. The character (the same one as in the first two pieces) Is wary and afraid to show the person beside her, the "scars" she'd been given over the years. Like I'm afraid to tell people about mine, as our friendship/relationship grows. Because sooner or later the question will arise... and she's just kind of scared, that person might leave, if they knew where those "scars" came from.
*Yes, my e-mail address is on some of the images. I don't mind having my internet 'name' I use printed on a image. Because it won't show up on searches. That's why I use the nick-name in text "StarHawk" here, and I'd rather be called that- so friends/family won't find what I write here.

I just read Anthony's earlier comment. I... can't seem to make attachments (I think on this site you slowly gain access to things? Maybe I've yet to get that?). Is there any other way to go back and edit my post so the links aren't broken and just the www's are taken away?
And as for everyone else, it's a real treat to see your art and photography! I didn't realize how many artists were on the forums n_n.

I took you out of moderation so you should be able to now, why not try again? Most know to just copy a link and toss in the www part, so no I won't edit it again. Another editor and I tried to do it like you asked before the edit and approving your post, it is not working for us right now for some reason. Just to add outside links are not allowed and you can disable them before you post it.

these are some photos i took. i can't seem to make attachments (lol in more than a few ways) - it doesn't do anything. so i'll try to see if this is like other forums and use the [ img ] tab.
sorry if this is not the way in which i should have done it, i just can't get them to be thumbnails and link to their big self.

I have removed the images linked from an external source. Images must be attached. I am aware of the current attachment issue and working on it.
