I wanted to congratulate you on your progress. I think I work at a slower pace as well, I seem to have been in the tumbler for 10 years now and am just beginning to start to understand what healing might mean. It's reassuring to see that keeping on keeping on does pay off when we keep working hard. You've shared so much wonderful experience, strength and insight through your posts, and I wanted to thank you for that as well. :) Cheers to continued healing on your journey!! VB
