Sleepless.

It's 01:10am and I can't seem to fall asleep yet. I hate it when this happens.

When that happens to me I end up staying up all night watching movies. I find that I doze off so I manage to get some sleep. I wish you well.

Same here been sleepless for three nights and I have to work tomorrow :(!

I am sleepless or near sleepless many nights (I am weaning off ambien!) I am beginning to face my child's feelings and break down my denial (fantasy!) and memories (often, as body sensations) don't stop! I was orally raped by my father when I was 2&3 years old and my mentally ill mother was not there!

I think as I begin to face the truth and memories come up, it is good, but The down side is that I can't sleep!
