I am so sad to read this and my heart goes out to you and your family. Please do as others have said and reach out for help. Please do not give up now. You are so worth this fight, hun!! You are stronger than you feel right now. It may not feel like it but you really are. Take that letter outside and burn it. Imagine those thoughts dissapearing as it burns. Let the pain go with it. Please don't give up now. You have fought so long and hard to just throw all of that away. Please reconsider and get the help you need. Be kind to yourself and know you have much support here and many ears to listen.

:hug: Leah - You are of great value. Things are dark now, and I know you are in tremendous pain. These thoughts that everything is hopeless - that is trauma based thinking and it's not always accurate. Your kids need you, alive, even if you are not spending time with them. They are better, so much better off, with you alive and here on earth. I hope you do come back to the forum, if it is helpful for you, and even more, I hope you stay alive and reach out somewhere.

Thank you all for caring I did take the advice after being a lot stupid. i called the paramedics and had a very rough night, but am safe in a psychiatric ward being assessed for 72 hours. Ps I am so glad I am allowed my phone. Small positives
