Yum after eating nothing for days I have just had toast but my god chocolate in the morning. The kitchen here is stocked up really well.

Make good use of meal times, they are what got me through my time in the secure unit after I was sectioned 2 years ago............ OH and if you do get admitted don't worry, the unit I was in would allow us to order out for takeaway's and have them delivered for us :D

I am so glad you were able to hang on. I empathized so much with your post and I often have those, "My kids would be better off without me" moments. Knowing that you were able to resist the negative urges and get help gives me some hope for myself.
