I guess in Finland they have 2 options for drug treatements. Either they put the patients on methadone, or Subutex. My husband was adicted with Subutex, so this is the only tratement for him, by getting the drug for free from the public healthcare. He thinks he is fine like this, and if there would be a tratement away from home he wouldn't go. He was once for one week in the beginning of his treatment, but he came home worse. He said he is never going away again.
I am trying to survive as long as I can in this new country, with my anxiety and my husband's problems. When you are not so sure about your life purpose, it's a bit complicated, that's why I am so stuck in my fears and worries. When I know there are people out there with similar problems, it makes me feel less lonely.

Yes, everyone here has problems and are very supportive of each other. So this is a great place to come even if you may not want, or be able, to make changes in your life.

Thank you for the good words. It's very important for me to get support and talk with people who understand the same or similar situations .
Currently, my only friends and support are books. I was reading ''When panic attacks'' by Dr. DAVID BURNS and "Feeling Good ". It had a very positive impact on my life perspective. I also recommend "Proof of heaven " by Neurosurgeon Dr. Eben Alexander. Now I'm reading another book of him ( Eben. Al. )"The map of Heaven". They are a great source of energy when feeling at the bottom of life.
