I can identify with that I’m feeling weepy myself; I might go and walk the dog with the ipod in for distraction

I'm from London originally but I live in Ireland now. There is no support groups or anything here and I am all over the place, As to being weepy I seem to be that way every day and even when I don't shed tears I feel like I want to all the time. I have no friends or family just at the time I could use them the most.

I`m originaly from Wilts. Salisbury which ain`t to far. but I now live in Germany. :( so I guess to far. I have cut all ties with the UK, as well as my own family there. Unfortunatly there aren`t realy any good groups out here in Germany, and the few that do exist are all in major cities, and I live out in the country, and even then they don`t realy understand, not language wise, it`s just the mentality is totaly diferent. hence I`ve landed here. :confused:
