That is great to hear that you have such a supportive work environment! If you feel it's been less severe then that's fantastic. :) mine has lessened as well and in due time I hope it'll go back under the surface again. It's also good news that this person has not tried to contact you in a year or more, that is a great sign that he's moved on. I kind of jumped the gun when I replied to your post on my thread but I wasn't quite sure how recent the contact has been and I didn't want to pish posh it away in case you really did need help, or advise. I feel "better" now that I know he hasn't. It was almost like my past on repeat reading what you had written.
