I got a 23 and it suggested I seek help for depersanalization. Luckily I am headed back into therapy this month. The questions made me stop and think though. I very rarely dissociate anymore. I sometimes get spacey but that is about it nowadays.

30... But I just feel as if I'm in denial.. I can't bring myself to believe I experience this because I don't get the "outer body experiences" and of the sorts.. Idk. Maybe I'm just in denial.... I don't know what to do. I don't currently seek treatment for PTSD because I gave up on it!

Oh frig, I got 37 - severe depersonalisation. I need to seek help. Good job I'm doing that then.

I...

I always do that, often out loud. People in the room with me often ask "What?" thinking that I was talking to them. I didn't know that it was a symptom. BTW, I got the same score - already in therapy.

Got a 70. My DID is severe. I live my life mostly as two different people. There's others, but it only two or three that do most of the work. I lose most of the day, every day. I'm rarely not in a dissociated state.
