Stoploss retroactive pay..

So both my wife and I were stoplossed, we both submitted claims. The Army writes us back and says for mine they can't find my SSN, and for the wife they said her dates didn't match. After being screwed over numerous times by VA and GI bill before I got money, I knew this would happen and I was sure we weren't alone. Sure enough, after checking around at least 50 other people got the same "chain" email.
So I'm just trying to find out who else received a similar response, so I can take this further thanks,

Not from the US, but I get it. The Australian system is similar, in that they do try and avoid paying out any type of benefit for PTSD from combat. Here is slightly different though, in that if you do get it from specific operations only, and is outright proven that its the only thing stopping you from working, then here it is equivalent to losing a limb, in that you are taken care of the rest of your life with a decent pension and full medical and dental benefits, just the same as being enlisted still.
