Alright, so, unexpectedly my mom tells my dad about my "possible" disassociation problems. (See my other threads for details) Well, my dad tells her about how he had the EXACT same thing around my age. So, the next day or so we get to talking and he tells me about them.
His are mostly the same as mine, he'd get stuck almost in another world and come back all confused. Well, one difference is that he apparently liked this other world he got stuck in while mine causes fear in me. So I guessed that perhaps he had disassociation and it took him to when he was high or drunk? And mine just takes me to when I played a certain video game?
Anyways, that's not the strangest part. I told him one of the things that triggers it the most-shower. He said it was the exact same thing for him...anybody like to explain this one for me? His was the sound of running water while mine is the steam.
Any explanations would be awesome since this has baffled me that we'd have the same problems like this!!
