Next day, I'm still feeling quite overwhelmed and processing the work. There is an interesting combination of relief/support and then also fear/shame of having someone else know these things and how that makes things more real and the lid I held tightly over my emotions around it seems to be opening.

And I totally get what you're saying...the shame and fear when a secret is let loose. Will T leave me, drop me, send me away..,will he decide that I'm too much work, or beyond his abilities. Will he hurt me now that he knows more about me? Is he going to tell someone?

What the heck did I just do?? Agh! I take it back!

Lol...but it all feels better in the end and realsing some of that garbage, just makes room for some pretty cool things.
