Style Rollback

Due to the issues and instability in the new style, I have decided to roll back the existing one for now, which worked flawlessly across all devices. So for now, some functionality is lost, but compatibility and stability is more important.

When the new style framework is found to be more stable, I will then look at rolling it out once again.

You may see an admin online, Mike Creuzer, he is testing some issues with the styling here, so please don't freak out.

To keep everyone updated, it looks as though Mike has located the specific issue with the side menu's on mobiles, and it seems the forum home disappearing was a style creation issue here, as it doesn't appear on a recreation of the style.

Hopefully this will be updated in the coming weeks, after testing and such, then we can roll the new style out once again, without the hiccups.

I plan to upgrade the style and hopefully correct the faults that caused problems across mobile browsers. The faults for Android with the mobile sidebars should be all good with the update. Like I said elsewhere, the forums home was a style issue here, and has been fixed.

Audentio have done some hard core bug fixing... should be much better.

I plan to upgrade this tonight, my time, when the least people are online -- affecting only a couple hundred people that way. I should only need about 5 minutes of closing the site.

I then plan to leave things the way they are, with the exception I will make public the new style as a choosable option from the footer -- as before the old style could be accessed. Once I have confirmed for myself that the issues are solved, I will send it live, disabling the current style.

For those who had issues, try dropping your mobile cache and see how the upgrade goes for you. Available for selection now at the footer.

It does now correctly work for me on IOS.

I know this may sound harsh -- but if you're running an old OS on a mobile, you may want to consider Googling how to upgrade it to a later version. Mobiles are no different to desktop OS's, you need to update them to keep pace with the Internet.

It makes it very difficult to design backwards and adequately cover the sheer amount of browsers available in the marketplace nowadays.

Ok, for the hand full still having issues with the side menus on older phones / operating systems, I have disabled them. All other issues are fixed, so the new style is now complete.

@anthony, I note that we can adjust the font style, but I cannot see how to adjust the colour of the text ( as opposed to background colours) . I am really struggling to read the pale grey text and would prefer it darker or larger or even bold. Is there an option to do this?
