How can you understand or get past your PTSD when the state gave my children to my abuser and used my PTSD that he gave me from all of the trauma??? Now the state has full custody of my daughter that is not his and I have no rights:(... Someone please help me I Can not breath at times and it feels like something is stuck in my throat and my chest hurts so bad I have lost my life which is my children and I had cancer so I can not have anymore..

What an aweful place to be. I'm a mother too. Getting angry didn't help me. How mean your ex is. How much pain does he think you can bear.... For you physical symptoms you could try having so clear soup or tea to help with the swallowing, a warm tub bath to relax your body.

Do you have a therapist? May be a T can help. Trying family court might work especially if you have made complaints about his actions before. Dear heart, There will be a solution but how long it will take, I don't know.

Thank you so much and he has already been to prison 4 x and they said that he is a changed man:(.. I have a high paid lawyer and it is just so crazy..
