The weekend of Easter eggs. Love those yummy chocolate little suckers of goodness.

Now that you mention it some booze may be o.k. Maybe a nice glass of wine. Other than that Iam really hoping for relaxation. Iam in a horrible PTSD stage and really just want peace and quiet.

We're spring cleaning today - it's a Friday/Monday holiday here too. Having lunch with a friend tomorrow then heading to London to see my favourite folk band playing - they do a big celebration every 5 years and this is the first time I'll see them when I've not been really unwell and spaced out.

Will also be buying and eating lots of chocolate

A kite festival Saturday (kite is repaired and at the ready, hopefully weather will be favorable)
Church on Sunday morning and perhaps a meet and greet and Easter supper with a forum friend & her mister's family.

Seeing a few people I still talk to just to break through the isolating & then cleaning up.

Also catching up on as much exercise as I can to bleed off stress. So a self care weekend.

Easter is the anniversary of my worst abuse so I'm not doing anything other than self-care and homework (because it needs to get done).

Had a slow morning this morning... bed and tv until 8am, then shower, walk the dogs and stopped for breakfast. Now the normal Friday cleaning.

I'm a vegetarian so I'm gonna help my mom cook a vegetarian dish, help hide the eggs, probably clean, and of course watch the Easter specials on tv.

Didn't even remember it was Easter this weekend until the bank teller said, "Have a nice Easter". Ok, so my Easter will be spent like this.... IN BED watching TV and reading and maybe I'll munch on Jelly Beans... Just like I do every Sunday.....

I had planned on lots of nice long walks, but after a bout of insomnia it's going to be more like watching lots of TV and munching on chocolate. But I've got hot X buns for lunch today, and if I feel well enough by Monday I'm going to let myself go back to walk the beautiful new trail I found in the woods last week.
