Easter Long Weekend

Home made mini Easter cakes for my grandchildren.

I was going to make them one to share, but found some 5 inch cake tins yesterday, so have made them one each instead. The colored spots you can see, when you click on the pictures is actually edible glitter.

Feeling a bit bored........how do you think it would be having no Easter Bunny? All that chocolate just for me and a soul to my collection?

The Easter Bunny is ALREADY dead! Santa Claus told me so. Turns out someone bit his head off, starting with the ears. Hmmmmm, I wonder if Santa was talking about the chocolate version of the Easter Bunny. I'll clarify next time I see him.
