Not much of an appetite lately.- mostly just trying to keep fluid intake up (cranberry juice and tea). I've been sick, and lost two pounds. I'm sure the scale will go back up when I begin eating again. Nevertheless, and besides still feeling rather crummy, I'm going to try to hit the treadmill at the gym tomorrow morning before I do anything else! Or at the very least walk to the gym and back from my home! Sometimes one has to take teeny, tiny baby steps to start new habits, eh? :angelic:
