Benadryl helps but it can cause my mood to dip (yeah, I'm pretty sensitive to meds!). I take Zyrtec as needed as it doesn't cause any unwanted side effects in me.

I'm back on track again. I've lost 4 pounds so far. Still struggling with the yeast issue, but oh well. I'll figure it all out over time. I'm hoping to be "good" until Thanksgiving and have the weekend off. Then I want to get back on plan until the week of Christmas when family is coming to visit from out of town. I'm not planning on going hog wild or anything, rather eating things that may not be the healthiest. I love the holidays and I love holiday food. I'm not about to give up food from my favorite time of year!
 
Don't want to step on the scale. The ladies who cook for the team in Guatemala are second to none. I had no time to lose the maragarita weight from Mexico. So i will wait a day ot two before stepping on the scale, and see if i can't lose a bit of the water weight. Next week it is back to Great Whit North for work, and hopefully a ten pound weight loss before Christmas and the New Year's cruise. Right. Of course.
 
I ate terrible today. Not much, but bad choices. Dinner is mac and cheese with steamed broccoli. That is half good. Tomorrow is a new day.
 
Always take healthy and balanced diet for your good health and fitness.

Eat all fruits, vegetables, grains, nuts, meat, eggs, fish, and dairy products etc. in your routine diet to get all necessary foods elements such vitamins, protein, fibre, carbohydrates, calcium, iron, and nutrition in your diet.

Organic protein foods are the best for the muscles building and weight management.

Take more organic and natural proteins rather than protein supplements or fast foods.

You can use more eggs, fish, meat, chicken, yogurt, cheese, peanut butter, nuts, beans, and green leafy vegetables for the rich natural protein.

I am confused by this post. I mean this is all good information and true, although I would like to say dark green leafy vegetables over just green leafy veg's. But what is it's purpose. It's like a statement, not a conversation starter. What as a responder am I responding too? Confuzzled....:confused::alien::O_o:
