I have to act like a 100% adult for a week, while I go to meetings for work. I can do this (and can even do it well), but the Little Guys get lonely. This past week, my therapist was too ill to meet, and I won't be able to see her for a while. So I am on my own and could use a hug or two. Especially the teen part of me, Thomas, who has less support than the others.

My parents both died younger than 50, and I've had two therapists leave for health reasons (one very unexpectedly). I am battling some cognitive distortions about my therapist's health. At least I know that some of my fears are distortions!
