I was just reading something that Jeffreylee posted as a reply to SpecialK in relation to amounts of medication being taken by her ex boyfriend.
For me, Jeffreylee made a very important point, that while on medication, he may not be the best judge of how he is coping and said that the people around him may be better able to assess him or assist a doctor with feedback about reactions to medications.
While I think what Jeffreylee said was very poignant I think feedback can be applied across the general PTSD and be beneficial for the Sufferer. I remember reading something Anthony posted where he said that me telling him "he wasn't be really nice" made him realise something was wrong and then he was able to go and work it out making it better for all concerned. I am not saying sufferers are stupid and don't know what is going on but I am saying it is often easier to sit on the outside and see in.
I think giving feedback to our Sufferers is important. What about you?
