The Never Ending Story

Judy fainted......

After Judy came too... "Well Peter, I mean Piper, won't you please come in", said Judy. Suddenly, out pops Death from behind a wall, thinking Peter had escaped him and come back to life...

With one quick and remarkably fluid swing of his scythe, Death dispatched Piper and vanished.

Florence enters the room, "what happened mum? Who was at the door?", Florence asked.

As Judy promptly fainted again.

 

[Nicolette]

Snout was out the front barking as he thought Peter was leaving without taking him for a walk, when it was infact Piper. Death had vanished underground......

 

[The Albatross]

Dragging Piper along, Death suddeny remembered he had another visit he had to make so he took some spiders web out of his pocket, tetering Piper to a tree dangling in the air like a balloon.

Once Judy finally regained her composure and accepted the fact that this was indeed Piper and not Peter, they sat down and got aquainted over a cup of coffee. It was not long into the conversation that Judy realized she had developed feelings for Piper. And Piper was just out of prison and hadn't seen a woman in 18 years so he was game for just about anything.

She wasn't the brightest spark in the engine but it began to dawn on her that having a relationship with a man who'd not only been claimed by Death but was also dangling in the air from some used bits of spider web was going to present challenges.

 

[The Albatross]

Judy reached across the table, toward Piper's hand - it went right through to the table beneath, her eyes went wide and she bolted upright so fast she overturned the coffee table as Piper grinned like a halloween pumpkin.

Judy did what she always does in times of terror - Fainted again

Meanwhile having gone back upstairs, Florence was still laughing and clapping her hands, and humming the tune from the Battle of Britain film.

she had a thing about old aircraft and the Spitfire being her favorite, the Battle of Britain was her favorite film too.
