The Paralympic Games. Anyone Watching?

The athletes are SO inspirational! Last night I was watching a race of vision impaired/blind individuals. They are connected at the hand to a guide------with a string that is a few inches long. The slow motion view showed that these athletes are perfectly in sync with their guides. It's like synchronized running! So amazing to watch these games and such inspirational people! I also like the swimming. The basketball competition is well underway, too, but I'm not much of a basketball fan myself.

Yes Eve, I have been watching the Paralympics. And loving it. In fact I am watching it right now. Such inspirational people arent they? Amazing how the human spirit prevails even under the most difficult of circumstances. It does tend to put my relatively minor problems into perspective.
