I moved through the frozeness and did some small tasks.

I rang a helpline and spoke to a nice woman.

Knowing my H will stand by me no matter what, he has the patience of a saint and loves me unconditionally.

I ate a chicken and vegetable pie for dinner.

My cat. She's so cute and well, all animals cheer me up, really. She seems to know when I am sad and comes to sit on me. Sometimes not at the best of times, like when I am trying to put my shoes on (lol) but it's the thought that counts. :)
