Yesterday, my sister and my close friend both showed up at the game of which I didn't want to go to because I wasn't feeling well. My friend also had her young children with. Between all of them I was able to soak up some happiness I wasn't originally feeling. Great support. That makes me happy.

When a day of rest actually makes me feel rested and well. Doesn't always happen that way.

Walking in open fields with my dogs, especially when it is warm and sunny - like this morning.

Coming home to a clean-tidy home at the end of the day.

Hearing the two owls that live in trees on opposite sides of my condo (owls mate for life) "talk" to each other for hours . . .
"Who, who, who (male). . . " And then the reply, "Who-hoot, who-hoot (female). . . "

My three year-old grand-daughter calling on the phone and asking, "Watcha doin grandma?"
