April has started coming out to play with me, and she meowed for the first time yesterday...it was so gorgeous. It makes me so happy when she makes this 'trill' sound and starts acting all goofy, running around, then falling down and pawing at me, biting and scratching, then cuddling, then running off...so changeable.

For a few years now I've had a thing for dragonflies. When I lived back home I would see one once in a while and it would bring a smile to my face. Now that I've moved 600 miles away and moved about 7 times in 6 years it seems no matter where I go, every once in a while I'll see one flying over my car while I'm at a stoplight or something and it just makes me smile. Something inside me says "yeah, you're still you and you'll be ok".

That and watching swamp people and painting. :)
