I had a very busy week last week. My friend came over today and said she was very worried about me. I told her next time I would call her. It is so lovely to be so cared about.
I love music. And when I'm feeling down I love to listen to the blues. Like Buddy Guy. Somehow listening to the blues works out my feelings in some way where I can just let them go and they come back giving me goosebumps with relief. Even if it's short lived. It says what I can't in hard moments.
What makes me happy:
Meeting my friends, they are serving in the army so i rarly see them.
When I overcome my fear from people and start talking with them.
Watch "Friends" and hug my parents.
