That I can have some really good days and it is almost four months since he died. I am really looking forward to having more and more good days.

I helped a friend clean out his old flat for his move.

Years ago, I saw an ad in the paper where you could have your hair done, makeup, and then have your picture taken.

I did this, and I had so much fun doing it. It seems that the person that did my hair, got an enlargement of one of the pictures.

I saw her today, and she remembered me and wanted my phone number as she wants to give me back that picture that she has of me!

Being able to help out around here. Between my depression and my chronic illness, I wasn't much help.

Seeing the daffodils and other spring bulbs emerging.

Feeling the thick fur on the back of my puppy's neck and feeling his head resting on my lap.

Listening to my daughters giggle together..

Seeing my husband smile, seeing the crinkle around his eyes as he does.

Having a friend who is so close, that she knows intimate details about me. Happy that I have her in my life and that I am able to confide in her.

Watching my cats while they sleep.

I love that as well. Unfortunately, in the northern hemisphere, I'll have to wait until next year.

Being with family and friends and laughing and having a good time.

Being able to joke about things that aren't funny. I like cheering people up and also talking to people on here and playing video games even though I get a heck of a lot of triggers from it.

Being able to conquer something that causes me great fear. Kind of like yesterday when I went to a dinner for the football players and helped out.
