*Snort* catering to an "audience" that's really rich. Group think, once again, don't buy it CRC... this blatant attempt to control dialogue here lately is what's palpable to me. Even "here".

As the Opening Poster and it is your discussion, express/define your parameters for your dialogue and feedback or it will derail. (there is a sticky note up with parameters in the News/Politics? Discussion forum... take a look at it and frame this now so you don't end up in a big argument.

The day I frame my own opinion and observation and experience by catering to an "audience" please shoot me in the head. (by the way)

My apologies to CRC... I think I just demonstrated palpable tension... but of a sort that happened HERE, not in Washington DC when this person was delivering fish and relaying their experiences in Washington DC.

How did you deduce that "many don't/can't work? Just curious cuz in 5 years plus here I've never been able to decide that myself. Just sayin'.

In my first post, I put it out there that I was giving my opinion twice, so it was clearly just being read as my opinion. And yes, my understanding is that I'm allowed to express an opinion about the things that are discussed in the OP, which is what I've stuck to. Politely disagreeing with the OP isn't the same as going off topic.

Budging in with the rule book is off topic. If you have an issue with my posts, feel free to report me. Pushing me around, though, seems to be off topic??

@The Albatross - I'm not sure how one poster's opinion - in this case, @Ragdoll Circus' - is indicative of an entire sites movement towards 'groupthink'.

"idle time is the devil's workshop"...ouch! I'm not a "busy" person at the moment by any stretch of the imagination, but I would very much like to think that by failing to keep myself busy, I am inviting "pure evil" into my home or my mind.

I have to agree with this. Plus those can be busy doing evil. I was out of work for 2 yrs and it drove me nuts but i didnt do anything more distructive than i do now while working and i certianly didnt hurt anyone physically.

The answer to this needs to be a big one and i suppose if we all got along it would solve the world's issues but that wont ever happen.

Im certianly not putting down positive thinking. It can help to add positivity in your life. Its just not going to go past your life.
