Sorry - I didn't mean you did anything wrong! It's a different way of talking to someone and hard to get a grip on.
It's ibviousky sensitive for you and maybe hard to talk about, but it's really worth it to be open. That's all I meant to say. It's easier for them to understand you and therefore they can help you a lot more.
I struggled too when I started therapy, I didn't understand it.
