Therapy Flake Out.

I am not a person who sleeps easily after hearing/ thinking of 'stuff'/ dealing with it etc, (hate to have to go to work directly after, interferes with processing it) but

an overwhelming sleepy feeling. It's all good. Relaxed...finally.

I find sometimes I can't stay conscious barely during which I find maddening but I suppose is good- does = relaxed? :wideeyed: :confused:

ETA, or is that overwhelm? :confused:
