You know those days when you have wanted and intended to get out and do something all day but then you realize the sun has set and it's too late? I do that all to often especially on weekend days and it makes me feel so defeated and cooped up so I need a backup plan.
What do you suggest for activities to get out of the house let's say at or after 7pm? I want to avoid any unhealthy activities likely to make me feel worse.
