Third job in about a decade!

This has gone really well! I taught 50 kids (we divided them up in groups of 12/13) and 25 yesterday. I got there at 5.55am yesterday so I could water the eight habitats so that there would be enough insects for the kids to find when the class started at 9am.

One the day of the 50 kids I bought $50 worth of clipboards, $40 of soil testing equipment, and a $70 yabby pump, which made the day! That $160 was the difference between each kid having the ability to participate, having the ability to do hands on things, and made us look like consummate professionals. It is a fact of life, as a teacher you have to buy resources for your kids in Australia. So my first pay cheque goes on some resources. I will be paid to back for the $50 worth of clipboards! So that $110 was totally worth it for what it gave all the children!

This is going really well. I will get a good reference out of this! I have made some invaluable contacts.

It went really, really well! I did really well. I made strategic changes that really paid off. So I did so well with this all. There is a possibility for it to be an ongoing work. It will be sporadic to begin with but it would be awesome.
