Thinking about karma has helped me with the revenge ideas. Karma works both ways, it punishes and it rewards. When the revenge ideas get intense, I figure out how I could help someone else. Sometimes it's as simple as taking a box of donations to a thrift shop. There's plenty of little things to do that are much more fun than plotting someone's cruel fate.
