So I've been going back to school part time and online a little over a year now and I finally got to the point of telling my current boss I'm going back to school today. It's been a very hard decision to make as I've always wanted to be a drafter and I actually am very good at my job. What I don't like is the stress of it and having to push everything aside to get a job out because the builder procrastinated. This means a ton of overtime at a moment's notice and I'm tired of the inconsistency. So I've taken the big leap and decided to go for something else. I don't know if what I'm doing is right. It feels so wrong and to have my boss say but your like my daughter and I only want what makes you happy. Breaks my heart.
