I really need answers to this so plz reply and you know any ways to deal with this. It's the beginning of October and this month and basically the rest of the year are when it all went down last year. It's only the beginning of the first month but I already am starting to feel bad and I know it's gonna keep getting worse and worse and I'll end up feeling really terrible. What do I do about this? I have no idea how to handle these months and what sucks is I'm still in school so my moms gonna be pressuring me to do work.
 
The first step is to break the problem down into manageable part. Don't try to fix October, or even a particular day in October. Don't try to fix anything bigger than an hour.

- what is it?
- why do you expect it to be difficult?
- how have you tried to deal with it in the past?
- what ideas do you have?
- how do you feel about the ideas that you have"
