Today I did what my therapist asked. To volunteer my time to help. I worked hard. The humidity is up so I was sweating. But, I felt rewarded. Everything I did felt like what I should be doing.
My therapist said I will start feeling better. I sure do. I gives me self confidence and helps me think more clearly instead of idling my brain while laying in bed.
God is good. I just believe that things are looking up for me. The Prozac is working like a charm. It's doing more then what Luvox and Zoloft combined did. Today I feel like I'm in the right direction. That if I keep everything going like it is. Force myself to go another mile it will give me hope and confidence.
Thank you Father for your love towards a child of God. Many are called. Few are chosen.
I'm sorry if some of you read something about a friend. I'm on a iPad and it keeps copy and paste stuff. I was just trying to tell about my day.
