hank you so much. Just from posting this yesterday, I slept different/better last night and I felt better this morning when I got up. I think it's gonna be baby steps and small degrees of change, but just knowing now that I'm not alone makes so much of a difference.

It's a bit of a roller coaster ride, but I am so glad you found us, because the support here is awesome! I don't think I could have made it through the last several months without the people here.
