Great job Simply!! I do both. I write stuff in forums here and then put my stuff in the other site. I think it's really however you are most comfortable on getting your story out.

I know this is very hard. It takes a lot heart to move forward on (as I tell myself this at the same time!).

I think it turned out to be a good week...although I think T thinks I pushed too hard. She wants me to set out time to "work" and then put it away in the in-between so I don't get overwhelmed and I can have a life. So far it is working, I had a better day after therapy. And we talked a lot about how I had very little support, so I guess developing more self-compassion (which for me has been key to healing).

I told her a ton of stuff yesterday, it was good. Thanks for all the support, I really appreciate it!
 
Happy to hear this, SC! I agree with being able to put it away at certain times so you can have a life :) I find that this helps me too.
 
I also journal in between sessions. When a session has been rough, I'll let myself rest for a day and tackle it later. I also want to do the "fast track" and get through it all already but know that isn't how it happens.
